Limited Warranty Policy

All Terrain Electric Bikes LLC warrants, to the original registered purchaser, that our electric bicycles and covered non-wearable components shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the timeframes specified below from the date of delivery.

Key Terms

  • Shipping: Defective parts covered under warranty will be repaired/replaced and shipped to the original purchaser free of charge within the contiguous United States (48 states).

  • Transferability: The warranty begins on the date of receipt and ends upon expiration or if the bike is sold. This warranty is non-transferable.

  • Labor: The owner is responsible for all labor charges. Owners will not be refunded for time or effort spent replacing parts.

  • Extensions: Replacing a part does not extend the original warranty period.

Improper Operation Improper Repair Improper Storage
Lightning Moisture Neglect
Power Surge Sand Theft / Water

2. Normal Wear Items

  • Accessories, Bearings, Brake Pads/Rotors, Cables and Housings, Cassette, Chain, Chain Ring, Crankset, Drivetrain Gears, Freewheel Hub Body, Handlebar Grips, Kickstand, Pedals, Reflectors, Shifter, Spokes, Seat, Stripped Threads/Bolts, Tires and Tubes, Wheels.

3. Additional Exclusions

  • Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage (unless caused by All Terrain Electric Bikes).

  • Products with the VIN removed, defaced, or made illegible.

  • Failure to follow the Owner’s Manual.

  • Products used or purchased outside the United States.

Note on Battery Care: This warranty does not cover damage from 3rd party chargers, drops, or water damage. Do not charge if the temperature is below 32°F or above 105°F.

Warranty Claims

If your bike fails to operate correctly under normal conditions, please email Service@AllTerrainElectricBikes.com with the following:

  1. Proof of purchase (copy of original invoice).

  2. Photo of VIN (located on the front of the head tube).

  3. Description of the problem.

  4. Photo(s) of the defective part.

30-Day Accessory Warranty

Accessories sold by All Terrain Electric Bikes have a 30-day warranty. You may be asked to return the defective accessory in its original packaging.
