Shipping policy
Shipment Processing and Delivery Time
- Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- We only ship to the contiguous lower 48 states and the District of Columbia.
- Delivery time may take 2-7 days depending on the shipping distance.
- Delivery times may vary due to the nature of logistics, extreme weather, or natural disasters.
- The carrier may need to contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please be sure to leave the best contact phone number for them to reach you.
Shipping
- Bikes shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for Free Shipping from Tehachapi, California.
- Accessories are shipped FREE if order value exceeds $100 (excluding taxes).
- Accessory orders less than $100 and all parts orders are shipped F.O.B. Tehachapi, California. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and is based on product dimensions, weight, and destination.
- We do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses.
In-Store Pickup
- In-store pickup is also available, by appointment only, from our warehouse in Tehachapi, California. Please email us at Service@AllTerrainElectricBikes.com to schedule.
Holiday Shipping
- Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday seasons please allow 2 additional business days for order processing and 2-3 ext5ra days for delivery.
Email Confirmation
- A shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number, will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
- There are in some cases delays between the time when a customer is sent the shipping confirmation email and the time when the package is scanned in at a Carrier facility. The estimated shipping date when tracking the package on the Carrier website will not be accurate until the carrier has scanned the package into their system.
Carriers
- We primarily use FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
- We try to ship everything in one package, but in some cases, items may be shipped in multiple boxes.
- Due to the bikes having Lithium-Ion batteries, the batteries may ship separately.
- Additional tracking numbers will be provided if necessary.
Shipping Damage
- While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are well-packed, damage can occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination.
- Damage to the outer package does not necessarily indicate damage to the product itself. We recommend that buyers promptly file a claim with the carrier if visible damage to the outer package is observed. Take pictures of damage and ask the freight company for a confirmation or claim number. Please email us at Service@AllTerrainElectricBikes.com with photos or video evidence of any missing parts, significant damage, or other quality-related issues. Our customer service team will assist you in arranging a replacement if necessary.
- Minor Cases Not Covered
- Slight damage to the outer package
- Minor scratches or paint chips on the product
- Slightly bent but repairable components due to transit
- Replaceable bicycle parts on the handlebar
- Please retain original packaging and all included materials for at least 2 weeks after receiving your package, in case a return or repair is needed.
- If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We do not accept claims for shipping damage reported more than 5 days of delivery. All such claims will be declined.
Refusing Delivery
- Once shipped, we are unable to change the destination, intercept, or cancel the order.
- If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for:
- Both the outbound and return shipping costs.
- A 15% fee will be retained to cover your credit card transaction, warehouse restocking fee, and administrative costs.
- The balance of your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Missing Items
- If you haven't received your order within 30 days of the delivery date you should contact customer service at Service@AllTerrainElectricBikews.com as soon as possible.
- To ensure we can assist you efficiently, please provide your order number and any other relevant details when reaching out.
- Our customer service team will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.
- All Terrain Electric Bikes is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise that is the result of handling by a shipping carrier.
